1. Place a bookmark by highlighting the text to which you want the link to go
2. Select Bookmark from the Edit Menu
3. Make a name for the bookmark (won't show up on the page - defaults to whatever is highlighted)
4. Text is underlined with a broken line (doesn't show up in the browser
5. Highlight the text in the index and make a hyperlink ("Optional" bookmark appears at the bottom of the dialog box)
5. Select the name given to your bookmark from the list and click on ok
