The mission of Library Information Technology
Services has two complementary aspects, pursued in cooperation with
the library divisions and administration: to install, operate, maintain,
and facilitate the effective use of computing technologies in the libraries;
and to provide consultation, planning, design, and development leadership
to enhance the existing infrastructure through the integration of new
technologies.
