This page verifies staff status for access to problem reporting systems. Through this system any staff member of the Jean & Alexander Heard Library can submit requests and check on the status of existing requests.
Requests in this system will be created directly and appropriate staff will be notified immediately, rather than requiring manual processing of the request (as is the case for email and telephone requests). Use of this system will expedite handling of requests and maximize time spent on the actual problem rather than on record keeping.
In order to simplify the process of initiating a request, we ask that you first identify yourself. Please enter your name. The system will recognize any name or portion of a name by which you are commonly known in the library (but last name works best). If the system does not recognize your name, please notify LITS through email.
