Aborting Print Jobs

Click on the PConsole Icon

Available Options in yellow should appear

NOTE:  The mouse will not be functional from this point, please use the key at the bottom of the PConsole box (i.e., enter, F4, etc.) and your arrow keys

Print Queues should be highlighted

Press Enter

All available print queues should be listed.  Using your down arrow key, scroll down to one of the following printers

LIB_DIVLAB1_Q  or

LIB_DIVPUB1_Q

and highlight the printer where you are trying to abort the print job; press enter.

NOTE:  LAB is the printer in the Computer Lab, PUB is the printer across from the Reference Desk

Print Queue Info Box then appears and "print jobs" should be highlighted, press enter

A list of jobs for that printer should appear, highlight the job that you want to abort and press the delete key.

Press the escape key until you get to the exit option to exit

This procedure will generally only be quick enough for large print jobs
