Applications are on the shelf as you walk into the library
Labor Day at Noon through September 30
Send patron to Donna's office
to pick up their key
(keys will be at the Reference Desk when Donna is gone from her desk)
Give key in envelope to patron and record date key is picked up
Keys not picked up by September 30 will be reassigned to waiting applicants
Late applicants
Patron fills out application
Donna will contact applicant as a carrels become available
Returning Keys
Send patron to Donna's office or place in envelope with applicant's name on envelope
