When you need to edit the desk schedules
Open the file in Word 6.0 or Word 97
Make the edits
Save the file to the same directory: G:Divinity\PSDesk\filename.doc
If you need to just view the desk schedule quickly:
Click on the links that are on the following page on
the staffweb page
(see
the link at the top of the page for "Desk Schedules"):

When you click on one of the links for a week, Netscape launches your word processing
program (it takes longer than just clicking on a regular html link). You may view the
documents this way, but making
changes and saving the changes to the same file is tricky here.
Please, when making any changes, open the file in your word
processing program under the directory:
G:Divinity\PSDesk\filename.doc
