If there is a problem with the campus network or with the campus' connection to the Internet, you can call the Status Line that the Network Operation Center of ACIS maintains to verify that the problem is known and to learn when it is expected to be resolved. In the event of any major problem the message on this line will be updated immediately. ACIS prefers that we call this number first so that the staff on duty will not be overwhelmed with calls when there is a failure.

If you are have a problem and there is no helpful information on the Status Line, then call the Network Operations Center to report the problem.
