Vendacards

Patrons must use Vendacards for all photocopy machines and the microfiche/microfilm reader/printer in the Divinity Library

Faculty Member

Faculty members may also use the document delivery card to make copies for themselves that will be later charged to their copying account.

Refund Policy

If a patron is trying to purchase or add money to a card and the dispenser malfunctions:

Visitor Cards

Preferred Option

Since the vendacard itself costs sixty cents, we will loan a visitor one of the "empty" cards that we keep in the drawer near the Info Desk phone. The visitor may add whatever amount of money he/she needs to use for copying, and then return the card to the circulation desk before leaving.  The 

Another Option

If the visitor needs to make so few copies that they "lose" the dollar that they would put on the card, you may let him or her use any vendacards in the drawer with money on them.  There should always be a copy card with $5 on it.  

If the patron has no cash:

It is up to the supervisor on a case by case basis to determine if a check can be taken.  While this is not preferred, this is the same way Kesler copies are handled and therefore possible.
