Charging Cassettes, Videos, Slides, CD's

• Cassettes, videos and circulating CD's are located in the metal cabinets in the reference room
• Slides are located on the shelves across from the cabinets in the reference room
• Follow procedure for charging 1st Floor material 
• Loan period is two weeks 
• NEVER desensitize or sensitize tapes 

Note: Non-Print with attached material

1.  Material with multiple pieces will give a message that says:

    number of pieces:  (some number)
    item pieces override:______                

2.  Count the associated material and type an "X" in the box to confirm

3.   Press enter to charge the material
